Timothy Tui And The Southern Ocean Special

TIMOTHY TUI AND THE SOUTHERN OCEAN SPECIAL. Timothy Tui longs to explore the different parts of New Zealand. But there is a problem – his short forest bird wings don’t allow him to fly very far. ‘Why don’t you ask Jesus?’ His friend Teea challenges him. In an answer to prayer, Timothy, Teea and Temuka meet the three albatrosses, Albert, Ollie and Eddie, who are training for the most prestigious flying race of the year – the Southern Ocean Special. The tuis set out on an adventure of a lifetime with the albatrosses, but it soon becomes apparent that some bird doesn’t want the albatrosses to compete in the race. Will Timothy fulfil his dream of exploring New Zealand? Can he help the albatrosses make it to the start line?

Francesca Fantail And The Wild West Coast Sandfly Festival

FRANCESCA FANTAIL AND THE WILD WEST COAST SANDFLY FESTIVAL. Francesca Fantail’s favourite event of the year is the Wild West Coast Sandfly Festival. There are Bellbird bands, Tui singing trios and of course all the different foods to try, prepared by the fantail teams competing in the cooking competitions. Things start to go wrong for Fran when her boss – Romeo Fantail, Chef Extraordinaire – suddenly dies. Now Fran is in charge of the festival but not every bird is happy. Fran is challenged to trust in Jesus when the Chain of Honour goes missing… and is some bird trying to sabotage the dishes from Fran’s kitchen? The last straw occurs when Fredrikka Fattybottom, famous fantail food critic arrives to judge the final competition of the weekend, the Best Formal Dish. Can Fran win the competition, win the Grand Festival Prize and save her reputation?
