Writer Profiles

JONATHAN SQUIRRELL was born in Sheffield, England but moved to New Zealand when he was 5 years old, he was diagnosed with Autism at the age of three. The Lord blessed him with a gift of creativity which he has recently begun to use for His glory. Jonathan became a Christian during his third year at school but was baptised when he was 15. He has a love for the Bible and some ideas from it can be found in his books. He started writing his first book during the Covid-19 Pandemic and joined NZ Christian writers soon afterwards. Writing is not the only thing he specialises in, he also enjoys drawing (He specialises in cute stickmen), singing (When he wants to), Reading, and playing board games (And thinking up new ones). He publishes under the name of Oliver Shepherd, to remain humble in his walk with The Lord.
