HEART ATTACK: Seven Lessons From A Near Death Experience. Everyone who has lived through their heart issue has a story to tell. Some tell it and others don’t. This is my story. It’s what happened to me. The lessons people learn through these times are brutal. Lessons are forced upon us, and lifestyle changes become necessary that are in themselves life and death.
